Claims and Returns:

Inspection of goods received is the customer’s responsibility.  All claims must be made within four (4) days after receipt of goods.  Return of goods must be approved by Arpella Designs Customer Service dept. A 25% restocking charge may be applicable. No returns will be accepted after 14 days. A copy of the original invoice or a copy of the issued RGA must accompany the returned goods. The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and condition. All return shipping costs will be paid by the sender. Product damaged during the return due to lack of proper packaging will not be credited.

Limited Warranty: 

Arpella Designs guarantees all products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the original date of purchase. These warranties extend to the original purchaser. If a product fails due to defects in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Arpella Designs will replace it at its sole discretion. Damages and defects will require videos or photos showing proof of claimed warranty issue. Arpella Designs will not be liable for labor charges or freight cost incurred in connection with replacement of a product or for any other consequential damages.

All products require installation from licensed professionals.

If, under normal use and after proper installation by a licensed professional, a Arpella Designs product should have a manufacturer’s defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, Arpella Designs will provide FREE OF CHARGE the parts necessary to resolve the issue, including a full replacement of the product if necessary, at the manufacturer’s discretion. A proof of purchase, such as a receipt from the original retailer, will be required for all warranty claims. Defects or damage caused by non-Arpella Designs parts will void this warranty. This warranty covers the replacement of all defective parts and finishes. However, damage due to installation error, product abuse or misuse, or use of cleaners containing abrasives, alcohol or other organic solvents, whether performed by a contractor, service company, or yourself, are excluded from this warranty. Arpella Designs will not be responsible for labor charges and/or damage incurred in the installation, repair, or replacement of any Arpella Designs product. Furthermore, the manufacturer shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, losses, injury or costs of any nature relating to the item.

Exclusion from Warranty:

Damage resulting from abuse, improper use, negligence or accident, and wear and tear, during or after the installation of a Arpella Designs product.

Defects resulting from any modification or improper installation.

Care and Maintenance: 

Always wipe furniture dry with a damp, non-abrasive cloth. It is crucial to ensure the wiring of mirrors are handled with care by professional installer and are not improperly cut or left exposed.
